Who can self-pay?
- Patients who are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid.
- Patients who no longer have access to a health plan accepted by Kinwell.
- Patients who wish to self-pay instead of using their health plan.
How does self-pay work?
To schedule a self-pay appointment, call 833-411-5469 and mention that you are interested in our self-pay option.
At the time of service, you will be responsible for an upfront payment based on the length of and reason for your appointment.
After your visit, we will review the final charges. If your visit costs more than the amount you paid, you will receive a bill for the difference. If your visit costs less, you will receive a refund.
Fees for services performed by providers outside of Kinwell such as labs, imaging, and specialists, will be billed directly to you.
You can request an estimate prior to your appointment for your upcoming services. Please use the options below to request an estimate based on your appointment type. A Kinwell representative will reply within 1-3 days.
