Dr. Daguio received her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from the University of the Philippines, Manila, and her Master’s Degree from Penn State. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from St. Luke’s College of Medicine, Quezon City, Philippines. She has over a decade’s experience treating patients in King County and holds a Master’s Degree in Homeland Security and Public Health Preparedness.

Jessica Lee, ARNP

Jessica Lee, ARNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine. She enjoys family medicine because she appreciates being able to get to know her patients rather than simply treating their illnesses. Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Florida and her Master of Science in Nursing at Concordia University. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she was a registered nurse for over four years, working in multiple specialties including wound care, burns, gastroenterology, and neurology. As a family nurse practitioner, she enjoys treating acute and chronic conditions, as well as educating her patients on preventative health and wellness. Her clinical interests include women’s health, behavioral health, and preventative care.

Rowena Reyrao, MD

Rowena Reyrao received her medical degree from the University of Philippines College of Medicine, and completed her residency at the McLaren Regional Medical Center in Flint, Michigan. She holds certifications from the American Board of Obesity Medicine and the American Board of Family Medicine, and has been in practice in King County for the past 20+ years. She looks forward to forging partnerships with new patients and continuing her relationships with existing patients who have followed her wherever she practices.

Emma Skjonsby, LMHC

Emma Skjonsby is a licensed mental health counselor working in mental health since 2011. With a B.A. in Psychology from George Fox University and M.A. from LaSalle University in Counseling Psychology, she enjoys helping a diverse group of clients maximize their well-being and develop strategies to cope with stress and illness. She has worked in emergency mental health care, counseling and hospital social work, as well as nonprofit humanitarian aid work. Emma works from a positive, solutions focused approach and enjoys helping clients enjoy better moments and find healing, regardless of the starting point. Particular areas of focus are helping individuals, couples and families with life transitions, aging and caregiver stress, relationship losses, depression, anxiety, and coping with mental illness.
Emma is based in Kinwell’s Renton clinic and sees patients regionally through online appointments over your computer or smart device.
