Miguel T. Nunez Burgos, MD

Dr. Nunez-Burgos received his medical training at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre Y Maestra (PUCMM) Medical School in the Dominican Republic and his residency in Internal Medicine at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, Brooklyn, New York. For the past seven years, he has worked for the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) caring for patients in the UTMB Webster Primary Care Clinic where he was medical director and assistant professor. He is board certified in internal medicine and his clinical interests include management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, as well as behavioral health (depression and anxiety).

Marciano Capati, Jr., MD

Raised in Hawaii, Marciano Capati, Jr. earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of California, San Diego. He went on to earn his medical degree from the Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation in Manila, Philippines, and completed his residency at the Central Washington Family Medicine Residency Program in Yakima, Washington. He has fifteen years of experience practicing family medicine in Washington state. In his free time, Dr. Capati loves to get outdoors with his family.

Vanessa Kwok, DO

"I am driven by a belief in prevention and personalized care and strive to empower individuals to achieve optimal health. I work closely with individuals to address the root causes of health issues, leveraging lifestyle, and environmental influences."
Dr Vanessa Kwok received her BA from Barnard College, and her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She and her husband relocated from Southern California to the Seattle area with their three children. Their daughter is in elementary school and their twin boys are excited to become Huskies and begin their studies at the University of Washington this fall.

Elizabeth Jones, PsyD
Serving Patients of All Ages
Elizabeth Jones studied communications at Florida State University in Tallahassee, and went on to earn a Master of Science, Clinical Psychology degree at Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon. She received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the same institution. Among the rotations in her internship at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center were primary care and behavioral health psychology. She has worked in western Washington in a variety of settings since 2014.
