From State Route 28, south of the George Seller Bridge, turn east on Grant Rd. • Stay in the left lane to immediately turn left onto Valley Mall Parkway. • Continue north and turn right onto 2nd St. NE • Turn left into the parking lot.

Ryan Ahr, PA-C

Ryan Ahr received his training through MEDEX Northwest, the University of Washington’s Physician Assistant program, one of the oldest accredited programs in the United States. Certified Physician Assistants examine patients, diagnose common ailments, and prescribe treatments and therapies. Ryan has over 17 years of experience in the central Washington area and prior to that served as a combat medic in the US Army.

Michele received her degrees from Eastern Washington University’s School of Social Work and Capella University Doctorate of Social Work. She was raised in Northern Idaho and worked in Coeur d’Alene for 15 years as an outpatient mental health therapist treating patients of all ages. With a focus on mindfulness, Michele provides fresh approaches to engaging in a rewarding life by developing strong relationships and a safe plan for personal introspection. Michele enjoys partnering with primary care providers to support patients physical and mental health. Michele enjoys the outdoors with her husband, teenage daughter, four rescue cats, and two horses. She is an avid runner and enjoys kayaking, hiking, and horseback riding.

Dr. Miranda Raiche grew up in rural Pennsylvania, attended Juniata College, and earned her medical degree from the MCP-Hahnemann School of Medicine (now Drexel) in Philadelphia. She completed her family medicine residency at the University of Utah and has been practicing in north-central Washington since 2006. She is a board certified family physician and enjoys providing primary care for the entire family through all phases of life. She has a special interest in preventive health, chronic care, women’s health, and geriatrics.
