Andrea May graduated from AT Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency at Family Medicine Spokane where she served as their chief resident. She has practiced back in Spokane since 2019. Her clinical interests include whole person and whole family health care including women’s health, behavioral health and transgender medicine.

Kayla Navarro, DO

Dr. Kayla Navarro is a full spectrum family medicine physician who enjoys caring for the whole family. She received her BS degree from Warner Pacific College and her Osteopathic medical degree from Western University of Health Science – College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific Northwest. She then completed her Family Medicine residency training with Trios Health. She has been practicing in the Spokane area since 2020. Her areas of passion include pediatrics, women’s health, osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), and patient education. In her free time, she loves being outdoors and spending time with her husband and daughter. She also loves all animals.

Amanda Oropeza, MD

Dr. Oropeza received their BA degree from Bryn Mawr College in Anthropology, her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, and completed her residency with UC Davis Family Medicine in Sacramento, CA. Dr. Oropeza completed their Fellowship in Community Based treatment for HIV and viral Hepatitis in Worcester, Massachusetts. They have practiced in Spokane, WA since 2018. Dr. Oropeza enjoys all aspects of family medicine and welcomes all patients. She provides comprehensive care to lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, gender non-conforming, non-binary and transgender patients. Other professional interest includes addiction medicine as well as sexual & reproductive health including Nexplanon, IUD insertion, and STI care. Dr. Oropeza works from a place of cultural humility and continuously strives towards enhancing her cultural responsiveness by learning and growing alongside her patients.

Erinn Case, NP

Erinn Case graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in 2006 followed by her master’s degree in 2012. Erinn is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Erinn enjoys all aspects of Family Medicine with an added interest in Women’s Health. She is a Spokane native, but has had the pleasure of living across the United States and most recently in Japan. When away from her patients, Erinn loves spending time with her husband and 2 young children. Her family enjoys travel, outdoor activities and learning anything new.

Marianne Kartchner, ARNP

Marianne Kartchner is an AANP board certified family nurse practitioner and has been a nurse for over 25 years, graduating with her bachelor’s degree in 1997 and master’s degree in 2012. She specializes in family and internal medicine with an emphasis on diabetes and preventive medicine. Marianne is a huge proponent of patient education and enjoys teaching her patients about ways to improve their health and working together to optimize outcomes. When not working, Marianne enjoys spending time with her husband and four children backpacking, traveling and being outside as much as possible.

Justina McCray, LMHC

Justina McCray is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). She received her double BA degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Florida Southern College in Lakeland Florida and her MA degree in Psychology from Seattle University. Justina has 12 years of behavioral health experience. She has worked in inpatient hospital settings, crisis outreach, and for the DOC. Her clinical interests include gender affirming care, stress management, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, trauma, self-esteem, and shame.
