Continuing the Journey

Patients who have completed Kinwell’s “Lifestyle Medicine: Intro to Nutrition” program, are eligible to continue their exploration of lifestyle medicine through our “Continuing the Journey” program. These monthly group appointments explore the six pillars of good health as defined by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine: nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, social connection, stress management, and the avoidance of risky substances.

These appointments are held via secure MyChart Zoom session on the third Thursday of each month at 5:15 pm and fourth Wednesday of each month at 11:45 am. Patients can pick and choose which sessions they would like to attend.
