From US-12, take the N 40th Ave. exit • Head south on N 4th to Nob Hill Blvd. • Turn left onto Nob Hill Blvd. • Continue east, past S 28th Ave. • The clinic is on the south side of Nob Hill. • Enter parking area between the Wendy’s and Red Robin.

From Hwy I-182
Take Exit 34 and head west on Nob Hill Blvd. • Continue west until you pass S 24th Ave. • The clinic is on the south side of Nob Hill Blvd. • Enter parking area between Wendy’s and Red Robin.

Parking is located directly in front of the clinic.

Care Team

Ivy Barnard, DO

Serving Patients 18 and Older.

Ivy Barnard received her bachelors degree in biology from New York University and her medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, Bronx, New York. Dr. Barnard has practice family medicine in a variety of clinical settings on the east and west coasts.  She is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice.

Douglas Crawford, DO

Douglas Crawford is a board-certified family medicine physician starting his 40th year of practice, treating patients of all ages. He received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, followed by a Masters in Psychology, both from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, then attended medical school at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, now know as Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. Upon completion of his internship in Flint Michigan he moved to Ft. Lewis in Tacoma serving as a flight surgeon for 3 years, then completed his family medicine residency next-door at Madigan Army Medical Center. Major Crawford then served for 2 years as a family practitioner at Ft. Polk, Louisiana, leaving the Army for 28 years, rejoining the Army Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2018. After leaving Ft. Polk he moved to and practiced medicine in the Methow Valley in Northern Washington, then in 1995 moved to the Tri-Cities where he continued as a family medicine practitioner to the present. He emphasizes preventive medicine and has been teaching osteopathic medical students from Pacific Northwest University for the past 7 years.

Kaylee Vantrease, ARNP

"I am dedicated to work as a partner in health to ensure the health of your entire family and your community."

Kaylee Vantrease received her Bachelors of Science, Nursing from Washington State University and then obtained her Master’s of Science, Nursing from Frontier Nursing University. She is board certified to provide care to all ages. She is determined to provide holistic care for entire families.
