Sarah Crow, DO

Dr. Sarah Crow started in healthcare as a nursing assistant and later earned her medical degree from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. She was a resident in the Providence Family Medicine Residency Program, Spokane, and has lived in the area since 2011. She worked at the Vivacity Care Center before its merger with Kinwell, and loves how much collaboration is possible between providers and patients. Dr. Crow has two children with her husband, her high-school sweetheart. They live on 8 acres with 14 chickens, two dogs, and an adopted cat that came to the house and never left. Outside of the office, Dr. Crow likes to hunt and fish.

Timothy Beggs, PA-C

Timothy Beggs received his Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington, and a master’s in clinical health sciences from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He served 8 years as a Navy Medical Corpsman. His clinical interests include family medicine across the life span, behavioral health, outpatient office-based procedures, and orthopedics.

Amanda Proctor, DNP

Amanda Proctor received her Doctoral Degree of Nursing Practice with a focus on Family Medicine from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. Born and raised in Spokane, Amanda spent 6 years prior to receiving her degree as a Cardiac Transplant Nurse at Sacred Heart Medical Center. She has a passion for preventative care through nutrition and exercise. Like many Pacific Northwest natives, Amanda enjoys skiing, hiking, and camping as well as cruising around on her Harley. She has two small dogs, Maddie, and Gus, that frequently accompany her on her weekend hikes. Amanda took some time to venture out of Spokane but found herself back and plans to stay close to friends, family and all the ski resorts.

Michele received her degrees from Eastern Washington University’s School of Social Work and Capella University Doctorate of Social Work. She was raised in Northern Idaho and worked in Coeur d’Alene for 15 years as an outpatient mental health therapist treating patients of all ages. With a focus on mindfulness, Michele provides fresh approaches to engaging in a rewarding life by developing strong relationships and a safe plan for personal introspection. Michele enjoys partnering with primary care providers to support patients physical and mental health. Michele enjoys the outdoors with her husband, teenage daughter, four rescue cats, and two horses. She is an avid runner and enjoys kayaking, hiking, and horseback riding.

Michele is based in Kinwell’s Spokane Valley clinic and sees patients regionally through virtual care over your computer or smart device.
