Jeffery Liles, MD

Dr. Jeffery Liles, MD completed his medical degree at Rush College of Medicine in Chicago, and is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 20 years of experience. He has a strong background in acute and chronic diseases and preventive medicine. In addition, Dr. Liles is a Commander in the US Navy Reserves and is currently a Flight Surgeon for a reserve Marine F-18 squadron. Outside of his practice, Dr. Liles enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and working out. Dr. Liles is committed to providing the highest quality of care to his patients and is passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Emily Tseng, DO

Dr. Emily Tseng received her medical degree from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at San Joaquin General Hospital in California. For the last seven years, she has worked in academic and outpatient settings in California and Ohio, including underserved rural areas and with Spanish-speaking populations. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Serenity “Reni” Kelton is a Spokane native who received her Bachelor’s of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University and her physician assistant training from the University of Washington- MEDEX. She believes that patients are more likely to thrive if they feel heard by their provider. She is passionate about building impactful relationships with her patients and empowering them to live their healthiest lives.
Reni Kelton is currently out of the office and will return January 2025.

Michele Bauer, DSW LICSW

Michele received her degrees from Eastern Washington University’s School of Social Work and Capella University Doctorate of Social Work. She was raised in Northern Idaho and worked in Coeur d’Alene for 15 years as an outpatient mental health therapist treating patients of all ages. With a focus on mindfulness, Michele provides fresh approaches to engaging in a rewarding life by developing strong relationships and a safe plan for personal introspection. Michele enjoys partnering with primary care providers to support patients physical and mental health. Michele enjoys the outdoors with her husband, teenage daughter, four rescue cats, and two horses. She is an avid runner and enjoys kayaking, hiking, and horseback riding.
Michele is based in Kinwell’s Spokane Valley clinic and sees patients regionally through online appointments over your computer or smart device.
