Dr. Martis is a board-certified family physician and has been practicing in Bellingham for the last 8 years. She received her bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of Western Ontario, her medical degree from the Medical University of the Americas, and completed her residency at St. Joseph Family Medicine. Her primary focus is women’s health, mental wellness, and chronic care management. She approaches preventative care by educating her patients during visits and providing them with tools for their health care needs.

Sandy Wilmot, ARNP, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health and Sciences University and her Masters of Nursing as Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Before joining Kinwell she worked for six years in geriatric medicine and two years in primary care practice. She is excited to be returning to primary care where she looks forward to working with patients as partners to achieve their health goals. In her free time, she spends time with her family and two dogs, cooking, reading and following her favorite sports teams.

Beth is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington state working with patients of all ages. She received her MA in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University. Since then, she has worked in community mental health, emergency mental health, as well as partial and intensive outpatient hospitalization programs. Before pursuing mental health, she spent 20 years working in housing solutions.

Beth is based in Kinwell’s Federal Way clinic and sees patients regionally through online appointments over your computer or smart device.
