Dr. Kwatra received her BA degree in psychology from The Ohio State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She went on to receive her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and she completed her Internal Medicine residency training with Western Reserve Health Education/NEOMED where she served as Chief Resident. She is published in academic journals and has presented at medical conferences within the United States as well as internationally. Dr. Kwatra is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and she is passionate about wellness, preventative medicine, and geriatrics. She is experienced in ambulatory care, inpatient medicine, nursing home care, and teaching.

Christine Luu, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides primary care for patients of all ages and genders. She enjoys building long-term relationships with her patients and strives to deliver care that is holistic, patient-centered, and grounded in shared decision-making. Dr. Luu was born and raised in the Seattle area and completed her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Washington, followed by residency training at the University of Washington Family Medicine Residency. During medical school, she provided care for rural and urban underserved patients across Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, reproductive health, addiction medicine, gender-affirming care, and LGBTQIA+ health. Outside of medicine, Dr. Luu enjoys running, weightlifting, and visiting her favorite parks, as well as spending time with friends and family.

Nawaf Alfaouri, DNP

Nawaf Alfaouri, DNP, ARNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive primary and lifestyle medicine to patients aged 2 years and older. He is dedicated to delivering culturally responsive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social aspects of health. Alfaouri earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice from Seattle University and holds a BA in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Washington, where he focused on aeronautics and remote sensing technologies.
Prior to his clinical career, he worked in global health diplomacy, contributing to healthcare infrastructure development in refugee and humanitarian settings. This experience continues to inform his commitment to thoughtful, patient-centered care. In practice, he has cared for diverse populations across family medicine, internal medicine, and women’s health, with a strong emphasis on preventive care, patient education, and long-term wellness.

Chris Borgia earned his Bachelor of Nursing Science from Johns Hopkins University and his Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington. Before joining Kinwell, he worked as an RN in the emergency department at Swedish Medical Center in Ballard and later as a nurse practitioner with Neighborcare Health in Seattle.

Laura Mitchell, DClinPsy

Dr. Mitchell is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience supporting patients across their lifespan. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Southampton and completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.
Dr. Mitchell practiced for several years in the UK before relocating to the United States in 2023. Before joining Kinwell, she worked with individuals managing the psychological impact of complex medical conditions including cancer, blood disorders, and heart disease. She also provided care in general pediatrics and autism services.
Her clinical interests include helping people live in alignment with their values while navigating their health, fostering resilience, and supporting overall wellbeing.
