NOTICE FOR HEWT EMPLOYEES: Welcome to Kinwell. Beginning November 1st, you can schedule online appointments for January, 2025. You can also call us directly at 833-411-5469 to schedule appointments up to a year in advance. Kinwell is only available to HEWT employees enrolled in a Premera medical plan.

Driving Directions
From I-82 / US-12, take the I-182 / US-12 (which run concurrent through Pasco) to the Road 68 exit. • Take Road 68 north to Sandifur Parkway. • Turn left on Sandifur Parkway • The clinic is on the north side of Sandifur Parkway.
Parking lots around the clinic can be accessed from either Sandifur Parkway or Road 76.

Douglas Crawford is a board-certified family medicine physician starting his 40th year of practice, treating patients of all ages. He received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, followed by a Masters in Psychology, both from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, then attended medical school at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, now known as Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. Upon completion of his internship in Flint Michigan, he moved to Ft. Lewis in Tacoma to serve as a flight surgeon for 3 years, then completed his family medicine residency next-door at Madigan Army Medical Center. Major Crawford then served for 2 years as a family practitioner at Ft. Polk, Louisiana, the left the Army for 28 years, before rejoining the Army Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2018. After leaving Ft. Polk he moved to and practiced medicine in the Methow Valley in Northern Washington, then in 1995 moved to the Tri-Cities where he continued as a family medicine practitioner to the present. He emphasizes preventive medicine and has been teaching osteopathic medical students from Pacific Northwest University for the past 7 years.

Marvin Roman, MD

Marvin Roman received his medical degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Akron General Medical Center in Ohio. He is board-certified in family medicine and obesity medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Prior to joining Kinwell, Dr. Roman practiced in the Tri-Cities for over ten years with experience in urgent and primary care settings. In his free time, he is an avid photographer.

Dr. Andrew Park earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Public Health. He received his medical degree from Yonsei University, College of Medicine, Seoul, South Korea and performed his residency in family practice at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center, Edison, New Jersey, and the Lutheran Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York. He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice, has worked in both hospital and clinic settings, and is fluent in both Korean and Spanish.

Andrea Munder is a dedicated nurse practitioner with over 9 years of experience in family practice. She graduated summa cum laude from Washington State University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University. She is board-certified in family medicine. Before joining Kinwell, Andrea practiced in Washington and Arizona managing primary care in many different settings. She provides full-service primary care for all ages. In her free time, Andrea enjoys staying active running and hiking and embracing the outdoors whenever she can. Her commitment to patient care and her passion for health and wellness make her a valued member of the medical community.

Jamera Thompson brings over twenty years of experience treating patients in the Tri-Cities area. She has worked in Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Rural Medicine settings, and specializes in Women’s Health and families. She holds degrees from the University of Washington and MEDEX Northwest, the University of Washington School of Medicine’s Physician Assistant training program. As a certified physician assistant, Jamera examines patients, diagnoses common ailments, and prescribes treatments and therapies.

Emma Skjonsby is a licensed mental health counselor working in mental health since 2011. With a B.A. in Psychology from George Fox University and M.A. from LaSalle University in Counseling Psychology, she enjoys helping a diverse group of clients maximize their well-being and develop strategies to cope with stress and illness. She has worked in emergency mental health care, counseling and hospital social work, as well as nonprofit humanitarian aid work. Emma works from a positive, solutions focused approach and enjoys helping clients enjoy better moments and find healing, regardless of the starting point. Particular areas of focus are helping individuals, couples and families with life transitions, aging and caregiver stress, relationship losses, depression, anxiety, and coping with mental illness.
