Kinwell’s advanced primary care model attracts clinicians who want to focus on the quality of care, not the number of patients seen each day. In the coming weeks, three clinicians will join care teams in Spokane and Lynnwood. By growing our clinical staff, Kinwell expands care for Premera Blue Cross and LifeWise health plan members.
Dani Fergen, ARNP – 6th & Washington, Spokane
Dani Fergen received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over fifteen years of experiencing in a variety of clinical settings including home care, urgent care, and family practice.
“I am deeply committed to patient dignity, advocacy, quality interactions, and driving positive health outcomes,” said Fergen.
Prior to joining Kinwell, Fergen practiced with the Providence Medical Group–Urgent Care in Spokane. Among her areas of interest are women’s health, pediatrics, and the management of chronic health conditions.
Saleenjit Kang, PsyD – Lynnwood
Saleenjit Kang earned her bachelor’s degree in science from Arizona State University and her Doctor of Psychology from Midwestern University. She completed her residency at Providence Medical Group Integrated Care in Milwaukie, Oregon. Her approach to patient care is solution-focused and collaborative.
“My goal is to walk alongside patients, grounded in evidence-based and strengths-focused techniques,” said Kang, “to help them feel confident in working towards their health goals.”
Kang believes meaningful change happens when patients feel safe, understood, and empowered in their care and tap into their inner resiliency. Her areas of clinical interest include anxiety and depression, weight management, lifestyle modifications, stress management, insomnia and other sleep disturbances, and chronic pain management. She enjoys spending time with loved ones, reading, hiking, playing volleyball, watching K-dramas, volunteering, and playing board games and video games!
Miguel Posada, ARNP – 6th & Washington, Spokane
Miguel Posada, ARNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over five years of experience delivering comprehensive primary care. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida, and his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida.
“My goal is to get you involved in your healthcare and to feel confident that I am standing in your corner with you,” said Posada.
Prior to joining Kinwell, Posada practiced at the Community Health Association of Spokane. Areas of medical interest include weight loss, sexual health, and chronic disease management. In his spare time, Miguel enjoys hiking, traveling, and trying new foods. Miguel Posada will start seeing patients in early July.
