Thank you for trusting Kinwell with your primary care. You are about to schedule a new patient visit via the MyChart appointment system. Read the definitions below to identify the type of appointment that meets your care needs. Click Schedule Now to select that option on the following screen.

Select NEW PATIENT:
To schedule an in-person Wellness Exam that allows you and your clinician to check in on your overall health. This yearly exam includes a review of your medical history, the medications you take, and any needed prevention screenings and immunizations.
Or
To schedule an Establish Care visit for those transitioning from an existing primary care provider. This is a chance to meet a Kinwell clinician, discuss your medical history, on-going treatments, and set your health goals.

Select NEW PATIENT VIDEO VISIT:
To establish care or receive treatment for a specific concern over your computer or smart device. You have the option to select a nearby clinic location or Kinwell Virtual Care which provides access to online care across Washington and offers additional appointment dates and times.

Select OFFICE VISIT:
To schedule an in-person visit to treat an immediate health concern such as an illness, injury, rash, infection, allergy, or to have a prescription refilled.

You can also schedule by phone. Just call 833-411-5469 to speak with a representative. Current patients can schedule through their MyChart account. In case of a medical emergency, call 911.
