From Aurora Ave. N (I-99) southbound, stay in the left lane to take the Denny Way exit before entering the tunnel. • Proceed south on 7th Ave. N. to Denny Way. • Take a left onto Denny Way and proceed 4 blocks to Taylor Ave. N • The clinic is located at the northwest corner of Denny and Taylor.
From I-5 Northbound
Take the Mercer St. exit which leads you westbound on Mercer St. • Proceed on Mercer St. until you reach Dexter Ave. N • Turn left onto Dexter Ave. N • Proceed south until you reach Denny Way • Turn left onto Denny Way and proceed to Taylor Ave. N • The clinic is located at the northwest corner of Denny and Taylor.
Parking is available on surrounding streets or in nearby paid parking lots.

Michelle DuMond is a board-certified family physician who received her B.S. degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Cornell University, her medical degree from Stony Brook School of Medicine in NY, and completed her residency at the University of Washington Family Medicine program. She completed a Fogarty Global Health Research Fellowship in Bangkok, Thailand in 2018. She has practiced both in person in Seattle and nationwide via a telehealth platform. Her clinical interests include global health, women’s health, pediatrics, and full spectrum family medicine.

Jin Xu, MD

Dr. Jin Xu is a board-certified family physician who treats patients of all ages. She received her medical degree from Shanghai medical school and completed her residency with Reading Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program in Pennsylvania. She has practiced in Reading Pennsylvania since 2001. She provides full-service primary care and lifestyle medicine for all ages.

Dr. Mia Wise is a family medicine physician with fifteen years in practice and seven years in leadership. After graduating from Middlebury College, Dr. Wise earned her medical degree from Midwestern University and completed her family medicine residency at Swedish Medical Center where she served as chief resident. Dr. Wise’s holistic approach to healthcare is mirrored in her personal life where she embraces the fine art of balancing family life, deep friendships, a full night’s sleep, and a passion for quiet time on the trail.

Terry Gallagher, DNP, ARNP

Terry Gallagher has a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from DePaul University, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from RUSH University. She is board certified in family medicine. Originally from Chicago, Dr. Gallagher has experience in community health addressing health disparities in under-served populations.

Alix Jansma, LMHC

Alix is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who finds joy, fulfillment, and purpose helping people learn about and improve their mental health. She graduated from Boston University School of Medicine with her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine. She is known for teaching her clients about the brain, providing education about mental health and various coping skills, and taking an actionable, solution-oriented approach to wellness. She joins Kinwell with excitement to work in an integrated care setting where she can help patients cope with both mental health and medical concerns.
Alix is based in Kinwell’s Mill Creek clinic and sees patients regionally through online appointments over your computer or smart device.
