Kinwell welcomes Physician Assistant Elaine Kow to our Renton clinic. Elaine received her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry at the University of Washington and her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Marist College in New York. She has full spectrum experience in primary care as well as urgent care, treating patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. Physician assistants diagnose and treat illnesses, prescribe medications, and perform a variety of medical procedures.
“I’m thrilled to join this incredible team as a primary care physician assistant where whole-hearted patient care is the top priority,” said Kow. “I look forward to building meaningful relationships with patients and to being part of such a supportive environment.”

In our Poulsbo clinic, Dr. Nathan Kerestes has decided to make Kinwell his long-term practice. Dr. Kerestes started at the Poulsbo location in 2024 for a limited term. He received his medical education at the A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in family medicine at the Naval Hospital at Camp Lejeune where he served as chief resident. He has practiced family medicine in a variety of locations including Guam, Hawaii, and Washington state.
In addition to clinicians, Kinwell welcomes several Medical Assistants (MAs) to clinics across the state. MAs perform a variety of essential services that ensure the quality and efficiency of the patient experience. Their duties range from taking vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature, to recording patient histories. They assist physicians during exams and procedures, as well as collect specimens for laboratory testing.
With increased capacity, appointments at Kinwell are more convenient than ever. Establish care at your nearest clinic by making an appointment online or by calling 833-411-5469.
